About the Role
MAIN OUTLIES ANO RESPONSIBILITIES
l. Contribute to the development of Organization’s strategy and strategic plans in coordination with key stakeholders and in alignment with the Qatar National Vision 2030 and Organization's vision, mission and objectives.
2. Assist in developing and implementing five years roll out Corporate Business Plan (CBP) for Organization’s strategy and strategic plans, in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
3. Monitor and prepare regular progress report on the effective integration and implementation of Organization’s strategic plans into operational execution level and submit to Corporate Strategy Director for review.
4. Provide support to all departments on the timely development of annual operating plans and ensure their alignment with Company's strategic plans, goals and objectives.
S. Monitor the implementation of operational plans and support all departments in resolving any issues and obstacles that may arise.
6. Determine and define the key organizational performance metrics for measuring the quality of performance at Organization.
7. Establish a system j process to measure and assess organizational performance at Organization.
8. Collaborate and follow up with departments to ensure performance is appropriately and regularly captured and any relevant data, statistics, etc. are consolidated at a timely manner.
9. Assist and collaborate with the risk management team to Identify, assess, .and prioritize potential risks across various departments and projects within the organization.
10. Any other duties requested by Management.
QUALIFICATIONS . ' .
EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Strategy or related field is required.
WORK EXPERIENCE
A minimum of 6-8 years of work experience, preferably in the required discipline.
