About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and submit technical bids, proposals, and tender documents
Review tender requirements and coordinate with internal teams for inputs
Develop technical methodologies, material specifications, and execution plans
Manage the end-to-end bid process from inquiry to submission
Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and client expectations
Liaise with engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate bid preparation
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in technical bid management
5 Years GCC must
Strong experience in infrastructure and building construction projects
Good knowledge of technical utilities and construction materials
Strong analytical, documentation, and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tenders and meet deadlines
