Principal Accountabilities: Operational duties
Develop, gain consensus, and implement the project's best practice/ building operation plan.
The operations manager must develop a close working relationship with all the vendors under his control and ensure that they fully understand the FS culture and are made to feel like part of the team.
We are looking for a Maintenance manager for overseeing Site FM operations, which could include the following: Chillers, Cooling Tower, pump chiller network (primary & secondary), AHU, FCU, portable water pump, fire water pump, portable and fire grid, sewage network, irrigation network, firefighting systems, electrical systems. Led a team of deputy maintenance managers, engineers, technicians, and contractors. they are looking for somebody who can be hands-on with the technical knowledge to direct and manage the team accordingly.
Maintenance Manager Purpose: To effectively manage the strategic direction of the facilities and engineering services and several outsourced soft engineering service providers. The prime objective is to ensure adequate management systems are in place to continually provide a safe and robust environment for achieving superior performance in uptime throughout the project. The operations manager must develop a close working relationship with all the vendors under his control.
We will also need to be able to do tenders on the projects for an add-on to project services.
