About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all civil maintenance operations across assigned facilities and assets.
• Plan, organize, and control maintenance activities in accordance with contractual obligations and client requirements.
• Manage project schedules, manpower allocation, equipment utilization, and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and within approved budgets.
• Monitor the condition and integrity of civil infrastructure including buildings, roads, drainage systems, concrete structures, foundations, fencing, and associated facilities.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders regarding maintenance priorities and project execution.
• Review and approve work plans, method statements, risk assessments, and technical reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE procedures, permit-to-work systems, and site regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
• Manage client communications and provide periodic performance and progress reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best maintenance practices.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 15 years of overall experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Maintenance environments.
Skills
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Knowledge of industrial maintenance practices and asset management principles.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and resource management.
