About the Role
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily maintenance activities related to civil and structural assets.
• Monitor maintenance work execution to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Conduct inspections and condition assessments of buildings, roads, drainage systems, foundations, concrete structures, and associated infrastructure.
• Prepare maintenance plans, schedules, technical reports, and work scopes.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure effective work execution.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and maintenance procedures.
• Support the preparation of cost estimates, material requirements, and maintenance budgets.
• Monitor progress and quality of maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.
• Participate in site meetings and provide technical support to maintenance teams.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Experience
Minimum 8 years of overall experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Maintenance environments.
Skills
Strong technical knowledge of civil maintenance practices.
Familiarity with maintenance planning and execution.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work effectively in operational industrial environments.
